Rapid Solutions is the leading Manufactures of Acid Neutralization Unit. The Major application of the Unit is to neutralize waste acids by pumping base in to the acid tanks. The Unit consist of Low Pressure High Flow Air Operated Pump and High Pressure Low Flow Air Operated Pump.

A Control Panel is mounted in the Unit for Pump controls and Indicates Pumps Discharge Pressures and PH value.

  • Chemical tank Capacity: 160 USG.
  • Chemical tank Material : SS 316
  • Maximum injection pressure: 7000 psi @ 1.6 Cu in per cycle.
