CTW42S is a trailer mounted Catwalk Tube Feeding Machine, proven to significantly reduce the hazards associated with direct handling of tubulars during the pick-up and laydown process. Reducing or eliminating the handling of tubulars has improved productivity and results in a safer, more efficient rig site.
Specifically designed for rigs operating in regions where significant pressure control equipment is required, the CTW42S addresses the tallest rig floors and largest casing sizes in its class. Made from single piece construction, the Model CTW42S addresses logistics, set up, and operational issues common to other units.The Model CTW42S is completely redesigned applying significantly improved safety factors to match most demanding applications. The design utilizes state of the art, 3-D modeling and analysis software, coupled with data collection and optional analytics to proactively determine a potential issue before it occurs. This provides the client with an opportunity to correct operational and maintenance issues avoiding costly downtime.
